This 4 hour course will provide the required training for professionals who require refresher training as a mold assessor, mold remediation contractor, or mold abatement worker. Under New York State Law it is unlawful for any contractor to engage in mold assessment, or to advertise or hold themselves out as a mold assessment contractor unless such contractor has a valid mold assessment license issued by the New York State Commissioner of Labor.
