This half day course is intended to provide confined space entrants, attendants, supervisors, and program administrators with information on the hazards of, and the requirements for, identification of and entry into confined spaces. Topics will include: the requirements of OSHA 29CFR 1910.146; written programs and entry permits; hazard recognition; confined space assessment techniques and rescue provisions. Topics will include:

There are often misconceptions about who this regulation applies to. If you have pits, vaults, tanks, storm drains, septic cleanouts, boilers, machinery enclosures, or holes, you need to attend this session regardless of whether your employees enter these spaces or not.
