This ½ day program is designed to provide attendees with information and documentation on OSHA 1904 Record-keeping requirements.

Topics will include

• applicability of the regulation,
• accident/incident reporting requirements to OSHA for private employers or PESH for private employers,
• maintenance of record-keeping forms, and
• calculation of incidence rates.

This course will be presented by Michael Needham, CSP, RES, CFPS, CIT, Principal Consultant of Needham Risk Management Resource Group.  Michael is a professional member of the American Society of Safety Professionals, a Certified Safety Professional, Registered Environmental Scientist, Certified Fire Protection Specialist, and a Certified Instructional Trainer. Michael has over 30 years of experience in managing safety and industrial hygiene in the public sector and heavy industry.  Michael is also a Region 1 Occupational Safety and Health Administration Training Institute Instructor.
