At the completion of this course the participant should be able to return to their workplace and provide this training to other employees which is required annually for all New York State public sector employees who may be exposed to chemical products as part of their job\, e.g. DPW and Highway workers\, fire fighters\, medical facility personnel\, custodians and technicians. The program will review OSHA’s requirements for hazard communication\, Safety Data Sheets\, chemical hazards\, and employee’s rights.
